Returns & Refunds Policy
At EcoJoyHome, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Pet grooming equipment that has been used
- Items that show signs of pet use or damage
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items

Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation that we've received your returned item
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
