Our most economical option, perfect for non-urgent orders. Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Need your pet furniture faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for quicker delivery.

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

For urgent orders, express shipping ensures your items arrive as quickly as possible.

Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Locations

United States

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time and incur extra shipping costs.

Canada

We're happy to ship to our Canadian customers! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by province. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship primarily to the U.S. and Canada. For international shipping inquiries to other countries, please contact our customer service team.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Visiting the carrier's website directly with your tracking number

Delivery

Signature Requirements

Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery. However, high-value orders may require a signature for security purposes.

Delivery Issues

If you're not home when your package arrives, the carrier will typically leave it at your door or provide instructions for pickup. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes at checkout.

Large or Heavy Items

Some of our larger pet furniture pieces may ship via freight carrier. If your order qualifies for freight shipping, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Freight deliveries are typically made to the curb or threshold of your home.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location for a safe place the carrier may have left it
  3. Contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for most furniture items due to size restrictions. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We recommend ordering early to ensure your items arrive on time. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
